ARCNET currently has an in-house staff of 20 dedicated professionals, and access to hundreds more through long-standing consulting and partnering business relationships.  With our carefully selected, highly skilled team of architects, engineers, designers, and technical specialists, ARCNET has built a reputation for exceeding our client’s requirements.  Our commitment to client satisfaction begins with our employees, and we have been most successful because of our perseverance toward collective teamwork.  We empower our staff through knowledge and training.  We encourage and arrange for each person to acquire continuing education in technical and professional skills throughout the year.  We train all of our staff on a continuing basis - not just in technical areas but also in the important communication and interpersonal skills.  We continually go to extraordinary lengths to find, train and retain the best performers for our dynamic and growing firm, in order to best suit our client's needs.

ARCNET utilizes many qualified and experienced outside Consultants for the wide variety of services we provide.  Many of these Consulting Firms have worked directly and successfully with ARCNET for over 20 years.  See attached list of “ARCNET Consultants”

ARCNET's “process” for providing our services is what elevates us above other A&E firms.  We customize our process for the many different types of projects, challenges and clients. Each of the below services have been provided for our numerous clients at many different phases of their Build Program.  We can provide our services in a “bundle” format, or on an individual basis as appropriate to the scale and objective of the project.

See attached “ARCNET Scope of Services” which describes in detail all the A&E services we offer.  This list of “generic” services is organized to reflect the level of detail and information that we can provide if requested.  It represents a full outline of all our available services, which can be provided in an “as-needed” basis:

As a 37-year multi-disciplined A&E firm, ARCNET has worked on nearly 6,500 telecommunication sites since 1982, yet we treat each project with distinctive detailing and individuality.  Whether the design is strait forward or extremely complex, we assist our clients from the initial planning and acquisition stages, through final implementation.

More than any other firm in our geographic area, ARCNET has provided A&E Services for major network wireless build programs for clients such as:  AT&T (Wireless and Local Service), T-Mobile, Bechtel, Verizon, Nextel, Sprint-PCS, SprintSites-USA, Cingular, Ricochet, Cellular One, Fluor Global, Berliner Communications, Inc. and many others.

See attached “ARCNET Telecom Master Project List” which contains a sortable listing of nearly 6,500 sites ARCNET has worked on.  This list is arranged by "City and State", so that you can easily search and find potential sites for co-location.  Upon request, we can also describe the level of services that we have completed on any particular site.

ARCNET has provided A&E services for nearly 300 projects for Fiber, Microwave and Cable companies such as AT&T Local Service/Fluor Global Services and Comcast Cable Communications.   See our “Master Telecom Project List” attached above.

Of the nearly 6,500 telecommunications projects ARCNET has provided A&E services for since 1982, the approximate ratio of site-types has broken down consistently as follows:

  • In-Building/Roof-tops = 47% (approx 3,055 projects)
  • Towers/Monopoles = 43% (approx 2,795 projects)
  • Water Tanks = 7% (approx 455 projects)
  • Other Structures = 3% (approx 195 projects

We have also attached “sample drawings” for a typical Wireless Project which illustrates the level of detail and information that ARCNET normally provides on our plans to insure a smooth construction process.

Since 1969, ARCNET (and our predecessor companies) have maintained a reputation of producing quality A&E drawings that satisfy our Client’s requirements, and provide clear instructions to Contractors.  It has always been our goal that “drawings-that-can-be-built” are what the ultimate end-user wants (whether it is the client, contractor or building department).  We pride ourselves on monitoring the accuracy of our product from the inception of the project, all the way to completion.  We believe that the final quality and completeness in our drawings and documents is directly reflected by the accuracy of the steps leading up to final plan preparation.  Conducting a thorough initial Site Visit, encouraging good communication with clients/consultants, and scheduling organized strategic “kick-off” meetings with all parties involved in a project will achieve the best end results.  That is why our Quality Assurance Program goes way beyond the standard and typical “drawing review”.

ARCNET as a corporate name was formed in 1992 in response to solidify our Cellular/Wireless marketing and industry identity.  It eventually absorbed all the liabilities and assets of several "predecessor" A&E companies such as Juengert Grutzmacher Harkness (JGH), Juengert Grutzmacher Associates (JGA), and Juengert Associates (JA).  Therefore, with the merging of all of these service firms, the successor company (ARCNET) acquired the "history" of all of them, which makes the age of the "company" currently at 33 years old (founded in November 1969).  See attached “ARCNET History
